- NMTR New Member Application: This is the form to use if you have NEVER been a REALTOR or it has been years since you have been an active REALTOR member.
- NMTR Transfer/Reinstatement Application: This is the form to use if you are an active member in another association and are transferring your membership to NMTR/Reinstating your membership.
- NMTR Firm Application: This is the form to use if you are wanting your firm to be a member in NMTR (Brokers submit this application).
- TREC Form: This is the form to use to submit changes to The Tennessee Real Estate Commission. Please make sure that you send us here at NMTR a copy of any changes!
