TruLookup for Real Estate

A Safety and Property Research Tool for NMTR Members

Northern Middle Tennessee REALTORS® has partnered with TransUnion to provide members with access to TruLookup for Real Estate, a mobile-first tool designed to help REALTORS® research unfamiliar contacts, verify property ownership, access property contact information, and support prospecting efforts.

TruLookup can be accessed from both desktop and mobile devices.

What Can TruLookup Do?

Person Safety Check

Search by phone number or name to help assess potential safety risks before meeting an unfamiliar contact.

Property Ownership Check

Verify property ownership and help reduce the risk of seller identity fraud.

Property Contact

Access contact information associated with a property or property owner.

Prospecting List

Build targeted prospecting lists using property and owner information.

Getting Started

If you have access to TruLookup, look for your Welcome email from TransUnion.

Open the Welcome email.
Click the access link provided in the email.
Create your password and security questions.
After your first browser login, you may download the TruLookup app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and use the same login information.

Important: Permitted Use & Compliance

TruLookup data may only be used for authorized and permitted purposes. Improper use may result in suspension or termination of access. Members should review all applicable TransUnion terms and permitted-use requirements before using the service.
