Business Partners

The Northern Middle Tennessee REALTORS® (NMTR) Business Partner Program connects REALTORS® with trusted businesses that support the real estate industry. Our Business Partners represent a wide range of services, including mortgage lending, title companies, home inspections, appraisers, insurance, photography, home warranties, home improvement, landscaping, pest control, legal services, technology, moving and storage, structural specialists, interior design and staging, security services, and more.

Business Partners may choose from three membership levels based on the amount of marketing exposure they would like to receive:

Silver
Gold
Platinum

Membership levels are based solely on marketing and promotional exposure and do not indicate or imply the quality, qualifications, experience, or capabilities of any Business Partner.

Terms of Use

NMTR provides this directory as a marketing service for participating Business Partners. Business Partners are independent businesses that pay a membership fee to participate. NMTR relies on information provided by each Business Partner, including applicable qualifications, licenses, certifications, insurance, customer comments, and referrals.

NMTR does not perform or supervise the work, nor does it provide the products or services offered by Business Partners.

Neither the Northern Middle Tennessee REALTORS® (NMTR), nor its employees, officers, directors, successors, assigns, or affiliates, warrants or guarantees the work, products, or services provided by any Business Partner. NMTR assumes no liability for the work performed, products supplied, services rendered, or any representations, warranties, guarantees, or other assurances made by any Business Partner.

Business Partner members are not eligible to hold REALTOR® membership within the Association.
